Candidate Profile:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in international sales and marketing specially in Europe and the USA with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working directly with customers.
- Prior experience of selling ITES is a must.
- Experience in Marketing of Engineering, CAD, GIS, and 3D services is desirable but not mandatory.
- Post graduate marketing degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiar with MS Office and CRM tools to do the job efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for the Business Development cycle.
- Cross selling our services to various companies.
- Generate a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking & delivering client presentations.
- Ability to develop multi-year sales strategies to expand footprint within large enterprise customers.
- Ensuring X number of Sign- ups at competitive rates across various service offerings
- Manage the Digital presence and Social Media handles of the company.

Candidates should be diploma (Civil/Mechanical) or ITI Draughtsman (Civil/Mechanical) with 0 to 2 years’ experience in preparation and checking of Commercial/residential/ Real estate floor plans. Should be proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge and experience in SketchUP Pro would be an added advantage

Candidates should have 1 to 2 years experience in photo correction using Adobe Photoshop. Object removal skills in Photos would be an added advantage.
Revit Architectural modeller with 2 to 4 years of experience. The candidate should have a minimum 2 years of experience using Revit Architectural. Should be an expert in creating Revit Models based on Point Cloud files.
